Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• The information you provide when creating an account is accurate and up to date.

If you use the Service on behalf of another person (for example, a partner), you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to bind that person to these Terms.

2. The Service

meetyousoon is a web application that helps couples plan their wedding, including features for checklists, budgeting, vendor tracking, guest lists, and seating plans. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

3. Your account and your content

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You retain full ownership of the content you create or upload while using the Service — including your guest list, budget, tasks, photos, notes, and seating plans (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, process, and display Your Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

You can export or delete Your Content, and delete your account, at any time from your account settings. Deletion is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Pricing, payment, and refund

meetyousoon is offered as two one-time plans:

• Solo — one account, one-time payment of €79.
• Together — two linked accounts (you and your partner), one-time payment of €99.

Both plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is no recurring billing. Prices are indicated in euros and may include applicable taxes depending on your location. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not collect or store your card details.

Express waiver of the right of withdrawal. The Service is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase and accessing the Service, you expressly request that performance begin immediately and you acknowledge that, as a result, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital content.

7-day money-back guarantee. Independently of the above, and as a commercial gesture, we will refund your purchase in full if you contact us at meetyousoon.app@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase — no justification needed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable delay.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or your access to the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security, access control, or rate-limiting mechanism.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, defamatory, or that violates the rights or privacy of any third party (including your guests).

6. Service availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data. We strongly recommend that you export and back up the wedding data that matters to you — export tools are available in the Service at all times.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Termination and changes

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it in a way that puts the Service or other users at risk. Where appropriate, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request a refund if you are within the 7-day money-back window.
